ttc# 11dpo

hi ladies any help i am on 11dpo. i had the worst cramps on 9dpo 10 dpo & 11dpo i ovulated on cd18 confirmed through scan. i am having pcos so i don't get my periods regularly. it was my 2nd cycle of clomid for ttc. i am having backache, lower abdomen discomfort and very strange cramps from 8dpo to 10 dpo & today also but not like that today when i wiped i saw yallow snotty discharge on tp (sorry tmi) and pulling and pinching feeling from last 5 days and from last night feeling sich and having worst headache can anyone help is it good sign??
