what am i doing wrong?

Hi ladies, I could really use some advice right now. My son is 2 1/2 weeks. I have been pumping and breastfeeding since he was born. My supply has been great, up until now. 😢 I was able to pump a good 3 -4 oz every 3 hours. I was having let downs frequently. My boobs were always full. My son was cluster feeding this past week, and I was able to keep up with it. But Wednesday I noticed my boobs were feeling empty. I wasn't having let downs , and when I pump I could barely get an ounce . I've still been pumping every 2-3 hours. Taking fenugreek, increased my fluid intake, eating oatmeal, and still no results. My son has stopped cluster feeding. Im still nursing when I can, but had to supplement today because I felt I wasnt producing enough. Also it seems like he isn't interested in latching on as well. I try to nurse him, and he turns his head. At this point. I am devastated, I have dedicated so much time and effort to pump and nurse. But I'm disappointed that I can't keep up. Could it be the pump I'm using? Please help😢😢 I can't give up
