I would have had my baby today..if I didn’t miscarriage!!

I would have had my baby today if I didn’t miscarriage at 7weeks, I never got to hear or see the heartbeat;just got a scan to show me that my baby was in my tummy before i bled.

I never got to find out the gender or experience babies first kicks/flutters or see them grow..

I’m currently pregnant (32weeks)I got pregnant pretty quick after losing my first baby. But today of all days..I’ve been experiencing mild tummy pains,back pain,feeling sick. Could this be contractions of early labour?
