You look good for 31 weeks! There is no one way to look! Every woman, every body, and every pregnancy is different! People need to keep their mouths shut sometimes. I've heard so many things over the course of my 2 pregnancies and really they're the ones that don't know what they're talking about. It doesn't matter how they think you look, what they think you're having, what they think you should name the baby... I think you look perfectly fine and beautiful!
