Prominent tongue at growth scan

I had my 32 week growth scan today and the tech went and grabbed a doctor (first sign of panic). He said that my baby girls tongue doesn’t stick out all the time, but it sits at the tooth buds so it’s considered further out than normal. Of course they went to the worst case scenario and said it could be a sign of triostemy 21 or some other syndrome but I can’t remember the name. There were no other findings to conclude that she has for certain either of these problems, but of course I haven’t stopped crying. Anyone out there hear this and had nothing wrong with their child when they were born? She’s perfect otherwise, physically and functionally she’s exactly where she needs to be. My actual doctor said it could be nothing but I can always get the genetic testing if it helps ease my mind. Either way I will love this baby but I’m just looking for any support from moms out there who have had the same news and it turned out to be nothing, or had the same news and realized something was up when their baby was born. Thank you.
