Menstrual Cup??

So I decided that I am going to make the switch to a menstrual cup. It sounds so disgusting.

What do I need to know about making the big switch. I don't want it to be shark week all over the bathroom floor.

when you're first starting change it in the shower. It will be messy at first. You'll get the hang of it and it'll be less messy as that happens.

Try it at home before out in public! I personally didn’t have much success with them.

feel around to see how high your cervix is. a knuckle deep is low, two is medium, three is high, that determines how long of a cup you want. consider your pelvic floor strength,  if you leak when you sneeze or jump you want a softer cup, if not you'll need firmer. then look at precious star pads YouTube for TONS of info and comparisons. there are literally hundreds of cups out there, Amazon is a great place to look.
