Has any one had success using Letrozole with Gonal F injections?

Jessica • My name is Jessica, I am 32 years old. I have PCOS, My sweet husband and I have been blessed after 5 years TTC and many doctors, we have our rainbow twin girls. Now 6yrs later and 15 miscarriages later we're praying for a miracle🙏🩷

I did letrozole days 3-7 and Gonal F injections days 7, 9, 11, 12,13 and 14 and had my ultrasound / trigger shot day 15. I had two follicles that were 17's. my husband and i have been trying for about 4 years with assistance but this is a first with injections. Has anyone has success with this?
