How Do I Come Out?

I am a 13 year old and for the past year I have been attracted to females more then men. I live with my grandparents and they are strong Christians. I feel like If I come out they will disown me. I really like this girl at my school amd she knows I like her but she is also worried about what much grandparents will think. I just wanna come out and be done keeping it in. Any advise?

Don't come out if you believe it's not safe to do so. There isn't a rush. You are still young, take your time to fully realise your feelings.

Honey, before you come out, let a friend know so you can stay at their house while your grandparents figure it out. If your grandparents kick you out, tell the police. Kicking out a minor is illegal. I’ve gone through the whole coming out thing. It sucks, but things sort themselves out. Take care, honey.

Don't come out if it isn't safe for you. If you absolutely have to, make sure you know of a youth shelter that can take you in or a friend you can stay with as backups. Make sure you're safe above all else though.

I really know how your feeling accept for the fact that wit the info u provided my problum is harder!  I am 11 and my mom is a homophob and I love my best friend who is strait and has a boyfriend! I havent told my mom about me neing pan or the fact that Im so depresed I dont cut myself I dig my nails into my skin so I can do it over and over and feel the pain of cutting myself with ny own hands! They maybe more understanding than you think but the point is you never know when you reveal something like that how people will react. Be careful and safe. I know it hurts having to keep this part of yourself hidden but it maybe the safer option for you for now.
