social media issues

My husband and I have been married for 7 months now (newly weds ) , one of the biggest and only reasons why we argue is because he’s so glued to his phone .. we have different schedules so we don’t see eachother very often .. when I come home I expect for us to finally spend some time together .. but no because he’s so attached to his freakin phone. I literally will ask something and he will completely ignore me because he’s so into his social media (ig or sc) he told me he would delete his social media if I asked him too I said no because I just don’t wanna be that wife. finally two nights ago I got so mad and upset that I told him I wanted his social media off and he said no .. wtf is this ? Till the one day I finally got enough he says no ? Wtf is this I just pretty much need advice I’m tired of arguing over the same $hit over and over again ..
