Pregnant and afraid

Hi so I’m 21 and I’m 5 weeks pregnant... ever since I found out I’m pregnant I live in fear of miscarrying:( how Likely are miscarriages? We got pregnant our first try. But I’m so scared... I overthink everything I eat, everything I do... I’m worrying myself sick:( anyone else feel like this or felt like this and everything turned out fine?
