Is anyone else dealing with chronic nerve pain in your bum? I had occasionally gotten this during long walks that always resolved within hours but with the exception of about a day I've had severe pain in my left cheek for over a week. It makes it difficult to walk, turn over, and pretty much anything else. I've had my partner massage it which helps slightly but I don't know what else to do. I'm only 16w tomorrow, though I've put on 10 lbs already. I looked up some stretches I hope will help but it seems pregnancy can trigger this and the only cure is childbirth! Has anyone else dealt with this before and been able to resolve it?
