Forgot to take my prenatal vitamins?

im not sure if i forgot to take it or if i took it. I dont remember? has this happened to anyone? i dont wanna take one because i might have already took one today? Im not sure? Arghhhhhhhh im 26 weeks pregnant. Whats going on with me im becoming so forgetful 😫😩

I always forgot to take my vitamins. Within the first 2 weeks of taking them, I stopped🤷🏻‍♀️

Just take one tomorrow and don’t stress 😊 one day won’t hurt you, especially since they are more for us than baby cause baby gets what they need from our bodies. Prenatal pills are just filling in what we may be lacking.

I had to set an alarm and set them next to my bed to ensure I didn't forget. But it still happened lol

I kept forgetting to take them because they made me sick in the mornings and I was so tired at night. I just take vitamin D now which doesn’t make me sick!

Skipping a day here and there is no big deal. I skipped a whole weekend once when I forgot them at home. I like to take mine on a full stomach so I keep them on the table and take one after dinner every night, try to find a routine.

I forget here and there as well. :) just take them tomorrow so you don't have to worry about doubling up today if you did take them.
