Need some advice

Hi everyone, I'm 24 and haven't been on birth control since I was 20..my hubby and I are trying to conceive since august 2017. My period is really bad and so irregular and I honestly don't know if I can ovulate anymore with no period...I'm due to test again today but just can't take another negative test.. anyone in the same position. Thank you 😊
