Halfway done with TWW

This is our 4th iui. I take 2.5mg of femara on days 3-7 and trigger. Today is 7dpiui. We went in for a Day 13 ultrasound last Friday and they found one follicle on my left that was almost 24mm! The first time it was that big and the first time on the left. We're hoping that's a good sign. We triggered that night and had our IUI on Sunday 1/21. I started progesterone on Thursday (4dpiui). Holding out for another week to test will be hard but we're pretty hopeful for this one. We have unexplained infertility but have figured out I have a short luteal phase which could be the problem? The short luteal phase is why they have me doing progesterone. I ovulate on my own, but usually late in my cycle (days 19-21) if I'm not on Femara.
