Did you drink caffeinated coffee/tea when pregnant?

Curious to know..I know some ppl cut out caffeine completely once they conceived. I know other ladies who drank 1 cup of coffee a day their entire pregnancy 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t drink coffee (I hate it) so that’s not a problem at all. Some days I do have a can of soda though.

Have one tea with caffeine because I enjoy green tea a lot  and I feel like more I just drink loose teas like chamomile,rooibos and ginger with lemon. 
I just love my cups of teas in the evening and morning.
( little bit less with my morning/all day  sickness but starting to ease down now:) )

I don’t drink coffee but I do drink soda about 1-2 everyday! I drink a lot of water on top of them too, just like to drink something other than water! I do get caffeine free when I can but not a lot of places/restaurants really have them unless I go to the store so I just get what I can while I’m out.

My midwife recommended a max of 200 mg of caffeine so I tried to stick to that. I looked up the caffeine amounts of my favorite teas and coffees, and tried to mentally keep track. If I went a bit over, I didn't worry but that was the guideline I tried to follow.

I used to drink a ton of coffee before ttc but I switched to just one cup of English tea in the morning. All that caffeine is bad for iron absorption and I didn’t want my breast milk to have caffeine in it. I read that tea doesn’t mess with baby’s sleep

I have one caffeinated beverage a day. No more energy drinks though. If I don’t I get headaches and Tylenol does nothing for me. So it’s better than pounding headaches😒.

Sometimes I'll have decafintaed tea or decaf coffee but I barely drink either. I'll have caffeine free soda once in awhile or some yummy hot chocolate but I keep it down to one caffeine drink a day if I drink it at all depending on my cravings.
