Self removed my paragard iud so happy
I woke up today barely being able to move. My lower back was killing me I was stiff, I felt bloated, I just couldn’t handle it anymore. I had it for two months and it was miserable. I WAS EXTREMELY NERVOUS TO REMOVE IT ON MY OWN. but I did it in a desperate moment and I feel so much better this is just minutes after removing it.
