My first pregnancy was ectopic got surgery and right tube removed . I finally got my BFP this month for them to tell me they see nothing on ultrasound and it could be another ectopic

I’m Just so upset 😭 I can’t seem to believe it . They only see some type of cyst on my right ovary which they think could be where the pregnancy is located . But also say it could be something most pregnant people get . But because my levels are 4440 and they see nothing in the uterus is what leads them to believe my little baby is another ectopic ... they are letting me wait48 hours and go back for another ultrasound if nothing is seen they said they will be giving me methotrexate to terminate the pregnancy

tell me you’ve had nothing on the ultrasound and then you saw it there 😭😭 I just cant
