Please Help me

I have a crush on a girl at my school. She’s one of my close friends and I know that she prefers girls. I really like her but I don’t want to ruin our friendship. She’s also the only one that I can talk to about LGBT+ things because I haven’t come out to anyone else and she’s part of it. What should I do? Or how could I ask her?
