Please help - so confused...

Please can anyone give me any advice on my bbt chart...? My Glow chart contradicts my Natural Cycles app chart which says I ovulated on CD23 which would be way later than last month (CD 19) and means I BD’d on all the wrong days...

I put in a positive opk on glow but I’m not totally sure it was - it was just the darkest the line got - and was pretty close!

If I follow the glow chart then perhaps I could have implanted this week (hence some odd pains I’ve been having in my pelvic area)...

But then should I test on Saturday when my AF is due...?

Any advice would be much appreciated xx
