So long story short breast feeding didn’t work for my baby and I. I wasn’t producing enough milk/colostrum at first so she was very hungry and cranky. I now pump and give her half formula and half breast milk as recommended by my pediatrician.

She was started on enfamil newborn formula and that made her have terrible reflux problems.

She was switched to enfamil Gentlease and that gave her terrible terrible gas pains to where she would scream every night.

Since my pediatrician apparently only recommends enfamil I asked a close friend who is head of NICU what she would use. She recommended similac pro sensitive. We’re now on day two of it and no problems so far.

I just wanted to see if anyone else had issues with babies and formulas and what worked for you.
