Could my SO know before I do?

So, today I am 12dpo. I have had a few, strange symptoms, but nothing definitive. Night before last, my fiance looked at me as we were getting ready for bed and asked, "are you sure you aren't pregnant?"

He said he had a strange feeling and suddenly felt turned on to the point of distraction any time he got close to me so he thinks my pheromones might have changed.

Has anyone ever heard of this? AF due tomorrow so I will test then if she doesn't show.
