When is it a good time to take ovulation test? How many times a day?

My doctor says FMU.  The ovulation kits say afternoon so idk 😐 I’ve been doing FMU because my doctor says so and when it gets close, I test twice a day .  Good luck!👍🏻

the votes are wrong. definitely test later in the day 6-9 pm. when you sleep you don't have as much lh in your system shop don't test in the morning. I've had a positive at night then a negative the next morning then another positive that same night. I usually test once at night. once you get a positive you know you're about to ovulate so no need to test any more

Twice a day preferably in the evening. So like 12 noon and 6pm or 2 pm then 8 pm.
