Trying to get pregnant after having the copper coil (non hormonal IUD) Taken out

I had my copper coil taken out July/ August of 2016... since then I have managed to get pregnant twice the first in October 2016 and the second in in May 2017. However I miscarried within 2 weeks of finding out. I haven’t been able to get pregnant again since. I was wondering if the copper coil could have anything to do with it and if anyone else has had issues.

I am now going through the proses of testing my fertility, I have to take blood tests on day 1-5 and day 21.
