Pre-packaged deli meat?

Hi. I’m 32 weeks pregnant. If I heat some hillshire farm ham in the oven and eat it on a sandwhich.. is that okay????

yes. supposed to be heated to 160 or 165 but my doc said if I wanted to eat cold deli meat occasionally I can. the chances of listeria are super slim (and can also be found on some produce).

And I've heard it's mainly in the 1st trimester you wanna watch for that. I work in a Deli and it's so hard not to eat meat and salami all day! Salami is my favorite!!

I’ve eaten freshly opened packs of ham and it’s been totally fine, but if you’re doing oven baked you’re definitely good. I love making ham and cheese toasted in the oven
