Weight gain immediately after egg retrieval? How to use pressaries?

Hi girls, just got my eggs retrieved. I weighed this morning at home and was 52.9 kgs. At the clinic I was 52.4kgs. After egg collection, I weighed at my home again and am 53.5 kgs! A little concerned as it's so quick and they have said gain over 2kgs is an OHSS risk. Other symptoms include abdominal pain but I already had ovulation pain which I do have often so can't tell if it's normal. Should I be concerned or wait? Also I've never used tampons (strange I know) so I don't know how to properly insert these pressaries tablets. The retrieval was much easier than I expected, it's this ovulation cramp that had to happen on the same day 😣 Btw I had 8 follicles taken I think. How are you all doing?
