Hot flash or something else?

Hey ladies I'm wondering what this could be or if anyone has experienced it before it has happened once in my first trimester and once at 15w 3d.. it starts out with getting sick to my stumach like I am going to throw up it's just all of a sudden then I get a little dizzy and then I have like a huge heat wave go through my whole body including my legs feeling super hot and it only lasts about a minute or so then it goes away and I get the chills for about 10 minutes after. does that sound like a hot flash or something else? And feedback will help!!
