Labor?

How soon after becoming fully effaced did you go into labor? I guess more so of- how quickly did you dilate? I’m 37 weeks and went in for my weekly checkup, I’m currently 70% effaced, 1 1/2cm dilated and my baby is sitting so low that the dr could basically feel his head when he checked me. I’m trying to find out how quickly I will begin to dilate or how soon I will go into labor once i hit 100% effaced or if there is no difference, it will still be slow. Can you please share you stories with me? I’m hoping baby boy will come soon. I seem to be progressing fast? I’m not sure. First time mommy and just trying to figure everything out! Thank you
