Should I cut him off?

So I’ve been seeing/hooking up with this guy for a couple months ago & things have been going great. But he recently commented on my body saying how my butt it too small. (I know it’s small but ive been working out really hard at the gym to make it bigger & ive been proud of myself because I see a lot of improvement). When he said this it really tore down my self esteem & made me feel bad. Should I cut him off?
