I have 6 month old twins born 7 weeks early and they went through the 4 month sleep regression and now Baby B has finally gotten out of it but Baby A is awful. She won’t sleep except for in my arms. I am honestly stuck, I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried to cry it out but she gets to the point were she’s not breathing and I won’t do that again. But I can’t put her down for more than 5 minutes without her waking up screaming. So now almost all night is spent in my arms and I swore I would never sleep with my baby in the bed but I’m at a loss. Any advice?!
