Due 4-5-18 getting extremely nervous about a toddler and newborn

My son will be 2 in march and I still can't believe I'm having a second baby. Is this feeling normal? I am very excited but anxious and nervous at the same time. I have so much time with my son right now I feel almost guilty for some reason. How do you ladies handle two babies? As im getting things for the new baby i feel guilty about not getting my son something but I normally do even if its a toy or new clothes. My mom said my son wouldn't know the difference but I do. I want things to be equal for them.
