Going on a cruise in April to Bermuda... Zika?!

So me and my bf are currently TTC. If we don’t get a bfp this cycle we’re going to postpone ttc until after our cruise in April because I don’t want to be newly pregnant on vacation in case the worst happens (I have a history of early term miscarriage). Now I’m nervous because someone made a comment to me about Zika... gahh! I’ve googled and got different answers... it’s not an issue... it is an issue... has anyone been to Bermuda recently who can give me some insight? I’m going to now take extra precautions against mosquitoes, obviously, but is there anything else I should know? I know if either me or my bf contract Zika we have to wait six months to ttc, which would be such a huge disappointment 😢
