Regular everything but bfn every time

Was diagnosed with PCOS and low progesterone. Had some tests done and I ovulate every month with a regular period. Been ttc for ages (ds is nearly 5) but always get bfn. Due for a hsg this week. Any suggestions or speculations on what could be the issue?
