Frequent urination sign of pregnancy?

I was pregnant in December and we unfortunately had a miscarriage, I got pregnant really quick too about 2 and a half months especially considering my age (38). We are now trying again after given the OK from my doc and it’s been about a week since my fertile window and I’m peeing a lot I notice... this happened before when I was pregnant but not sure if it’s possible to have signs/ symptoms this early?? Possibly to have frequent urination as a symptom so quick?? Thanks!
