can't cum

Hi guys. so my boyfriend and I are having sex for like 7 months and very often. The sex is very nice and all, but I can't reach an orgasm. not when we have oral sex (he preforms oral sex sometimes for an hour) clit stimulation with his fingers doesn't work. (I can reach an orgasm when I play with myself tho, but then I need to be alone) But the weird thing is, I do squirt. but it doesn't feel like an orgasm. I really don't know what to do and it makes me very anxious.
