confused please help...

so I posted a picture of my pregnancy test 2 days ago and it is positive I have taken 3 and I'm going when I get off work to get another, that way I'll be 100% positive that I am. so where I'm confused is I had my period not even 2 full weeks ago and it was a normal period. but my pregnancy test is completely positive. how is it this positive? could I be farther along? should I go ahead and set up an appointment? please.
