It recently came to the attention of the people at my school and my family that I am Suicidal. When we were deciding on treatments the opinion of a mental hospital came up. My parents say it’s my decision and Its up to me pick whatever I want to do. I’m meeting with a school therapist tomorrow (different than a councilor) to see what would be the best treatment. I’m just wondering if people can share their experiences with me to help with my decision. I hate that I’m in this situation already.
