mean ultrasound tech

I need everyone's opinions..20 week ultrasound. Yes the main purpose is to make sure baby doesn't have any structural abnormalities and if it does you can make sure you have the right doctors at the birth and be prepared. But.. It's also a milestone for pregnancy and the only chance to see baby.. And also to find out gender. My tech today left me in tears.. She told me straight off the bat that it's not a gender reveal scan and that it's very important clinical scan. She was cold and just not friendly or kind. At the end she said it does appear to be a girl but she didn't look much and rushed by it, saying its not the purpose of the scan and if I want to know for sure i can go get a third trimester scan later. questioned her she snapped at me.. So bitchy. I was vomiting and didn't have a full bladder.. When I told her this she didn't say - oh I'm sorry that must be awful, she said,-well you should have known you would need a full one..just heartless. She sucked all the joy of out it for us. My husband took time off work to come. What a waste of his time. I'm so upset. Then when I complained to management in tears they just defenses her and said I was just looking for entertainment from the scan. I can't believe they spoke to me like that.. Am u over reacting?
