So confused ..

Has anyone ever gotten a negative blood test but still felt they were pregnant ??

So long story but here ya go...

On January 8th I got a positive ovulation test . My husband and I had sex everyday from December 23rd until January 18th.

I had some very light pink spotting on January 11th & 12th and it went away.

I took a few test around the 18th-20th all very faint positive. Now there is not line on the test but im still so certain I’m pregnant .

My last period was 7 weeks ago on December 15th. I’m usually very regular . I’m currently 9 days late on my period and freaking out ..

I got a blood test done two days ago and they said it was negative . Has this ever happened to anyone before ?? Negative blood test but still pregnant ? Or am I crazy ..
