What are my chances of being pregnant?

I had my first baby 7 weeks ago and I always told my partner that I wanted two babies and very close in age. A year or less between them.

On Tuesday 23rd January I had a period for the first time after delivery and it finished on Sunday 28th. We then had unprotected sex late Tuesday 30th (2 days after period) he did not come inside me, he pulled out came on me and then put it back in, could I get pregnant from this?
