My boyfriend just started going back to work so I'm alone with our 7 week old. It's just so overwhelming for me espically today I finally broke down he wouldn't stop crying for me no matter what I did and didn't go down for a nap at all. I'm so sleep deprived and just can't deal with it. I'm such a horrible mom, I don't know how to calm him down. UPDATE: I had a good night yesterday got about 6 hours of sleep, so far today's going good with him. since he can't really play with toys yet I started reading books to him and he's been enjoying them so hopefully reading to him will help keep him and I calm
