Birth Plan?

I am so clueless on this, don't know what I want and how to do research 
I am a Christian woman and this is my first baby 
Any advice?

It is really more of a request list of things you would prefer in labor/delivery room. I suggest taking the prenatal classes first if your hospital offers them. My list of "wishes" says things like what I would prefer for pain relief, that I would like to be alone with my husband and baby after birth, who would like to cut the cord, etc. Keep an open mind and don't get too set on any one thing, because each labor can change.

Ask your OB or hospital what requests they allow or honor. My hospital gave me a sheet & I just checked the boxes with my preferences.

My midwife told me to just go with the flow and not be to set on a specific birth plan because you really can’t predict how labor is going to go and you don’t want to be disappointed if things don’t go to plan and your requests are thrown out the window.
