Allergic reaction?

Allergic reaction? Or something else? I just noticed it tonight and plan on calling my doctor in the morning. I have tiny red bumps on my belly and it itches at times. Could it be a reaction to the lotion I just started to use? I'm 30 weeks today.

It could be pregnancy pupps rash.

looks like a reaction. You can take benadryl for the reaction and try a different lotion and on a small path try that same lotion to see if that's what's causing.
