ttc after miscarriage w/ pcos

I had a miscarriage 4 years ago & have yet to get pregnant again. my husband & I have been trying since. I did find out from my gynocologyst that I have polycyclic ovaries. my husband had 2 semen analysis which both came back abnormal. my gynocologyst suggested we go see a reproductive Dr, but they want $400 just for a consultation which we can't afford right now. she also wanted to put me on clomid,but since my husband has an issue too she won't prescribe it to me. she thinks it would be pointless.

I'm jus wondering if anyone has tried anything over the counter that helped get them pregnant & anything that aided in sperm health?
