Cautiously optimistic
So I was one day late for AF and didn't have any of my usual pms symptoms so I tested and got a BFP. I'm just trying not to get my hopes up too much since this was literally the first cycle on letrozole and first time ovulating in who knows how long. Anyone else get pregnant their first cycle on letrozole?? Was it a false positive?? Any recommendations on best pregnancy test to double check? I can't get in to see my doctor for a few days
