telling parents
I think I told my parents when I was around 8 Weeks. And I didn’t even get to do it in a cute way. My mom practically forced it out of me and then she texted my dad 🙄
We at least got to surprise my boyfriends parents with a cute bib.
I swear my parents have ruined everything that should’ve been fun or a surprise. But then again, they couldn’t have kids so they’ve never gone through this. (I’m adopted).
And now that we’re coming up on our due date, my mom keeps trying to get herself into the delivery room. Like I specifically said I don’t want people waiting in the waiting room. My boyfriends parents are 300% supportive of my requests.
I can’t wait to not tell anyone whenever I’m in labor 😂
I also said no kissing my baby and once again, my parents are up my ass about it. But my boyfriends parents respect my wishes.
My parents and his parents are total opposites in this case. I’m already thinking about skipping Easter because I don’t want my baby passed around like an animal or something.

Anyone else have to deal with parents like mine? I’m 22 by the way, and I don’t live at home. We started our family young and I didn’t even get to surprise my own parents 🤭🤷🏻♀️💀
