Renting a place for a 1yo b-day party?

It all depends on the size of your home and whose invited. If it’s a lot of people and you have a smaller home, why not? Do what works for you! I’ll be having mine at my house, but it’ll be summer (so people can be outside)and I have 3,000 sq ft home.

It depends on the situation. I'm renting a place for my daughters party but it's because we have a lot of family from out of town coming and my house is tiny. We have a huge yard but it's early April so too cold to have an outdoor thing. Do what works for you!!

I rented a spot at a park with a picnic area that would be able to accommodate the large amount of friends and family we had coming. It was less than $100 and well worth it so we could have everyone in one place at one time 😊

If you’re ok spending them money, do it! I’m definitely renting/going somewhere for my sons second bday because I had a huge party at our house for his first and it was a ton of work before and after.

It depends. I rented a big pavilion at a park. But to rent a place and spend hundreds is a little much to me. Baby has zero clue what's going on and actually he was cranky most of the time,  so the party is really for you and your family, not the baby.

I have 6+ kids in my family under 10 plus 3 more from my best friend under 5 so it's worth it for me. Gonna go to a indoor bounce playground :) theres something for every age group

I had to. We still live in an apartment that definitely couldn't accommodate both mine and my husbands side of the family. So because we knew we had to rent a hall wr invited a few extra people- more family members and others with babies aroundher age that we spent may leave with. Her 1st birthday is this coming Saturday
