Ovulation after birth control
I recently stopped birth control pills, after finishing the full pack (cycle). According to my calculations I should be ovulating in the next couple days. This morning I had a pretty nasty cramp, mostly on the lower left side. I also noticed a little bit of egg white CM. Is it possible that I'm already ovulating? I plan to take my opk this afternoon like usual. Yesterday was negative. Insights are greatly appreciated!
