Working in care whilst pregnant

Hi everyone! I’ve recently started a new care job out in the community. I am almost 20 weeks pregnant. We have a client that uses a sara steady and he is only one carer. Is this safe? I’ve noticed my back aches when I finish the call. They are due to risk assess me soon, but have said I am capable. I always thought moving and handling equipment was 2 carers.
