It has been found that it doesn’t really increase supply, and will cause your baby to be very gassy!!
Increase your water intake instead.

I took 12 pills a day and all it did was make me smell like maple syrup and made my babies and I very gassy. Didn't do Jack for my supply!

I tried it for two days. My baby’s poop turned grass green and I personally experienced loose stools 😣 stopped right away.

didnt work. what does work for me is making sure I have plenty of calories and drinking lots of fluids.

It helped my supply but I had to take a lot of them. I took 6 a day. My baby was never gassy or any effects from it either except my sweat smelling like syrup and then she'd smell like syrup when she laid with me and nursed

I did. Didnt really increase my milk supply. Made my baby super gassy though and my sweat smell like syrup lol
