Diaper rash blisters?

Hey all! I have a two week old baby girl and she has a diaper rash with little teeny blisters what can I do to make it go away? I change her almost right away when she goes and I’m using Desitin the purple one and changed her diapers :/ I’m at a loss. We have a son who is almost 2 and it’s a complete different diaper change than him. Still getting used to it!

My pediatrician said to only use Vitamin A & D ointment on newborn diaper rash, the other creams are too strong

Me being a first time mom (of course) lowkey panicked about my 3wk old’s diaper rash. But I remembered that my sister gave buttpaste (red box/bottle) along with other miscellaneous baby products. Didn’t think it was gonna work at all but continuously applied almost every diaper change and by day 2-3 my daughters rash was close to gone. Highly recommend the buttpaste!

I have a 3 week old & nothing was working on his diaper rashes. All I did was buy baby Vaseline from target & almost the same day it started going away.

Same problem. My doc told me to clean her with warm wet cloth every diaper change, use a blow dryer on cool & low to completely dry her bottom (yes a blow dryer) use my cream (desitin or buttpaste) & top it with Vaseline. Yes it works!
